Product Introduction
PP Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile is mainly made of PP or PET short fiber and is produced by non-woven process. It has functions of isolation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection and maintenance,etc.
80g/m2~1500g/m2; width 1-6meters, length according to customer needs.
Features of PP Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile
1.Engineered to provide high strength and high elongation at break to ensure excellent resistance to damage during construction.
2.Manufactured from high tenacity UV stabilised virgin polypropylene or polyester fibers which have been heavily drawn to ensure excellent long term durability in all soil types.
3.Manufactured using a randomly orientated web to provide completely isotropic properties,ensuring that high strength is not limited to a single direction.
4.Excellent uniformity with high permeability and low pore size for soil filtration.
5.Supplied to a maximum width of 6.5mts,ensuring minimum waste over large construction areas.
6.100% polypropylene or polyester staple fibers ,needle punched and random network formation.
7.UV and rot resistant and biological degradation resistant.

Retaining Walls
Geogrids are polymer-based geosynthetic materials used to reinforce soil behind retaining walls, installed in horizontal layers that extend into the backfill. By stabilizing the soil mass, they enhance the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of the wall system.
Soil Reinforcement
Geogrids and Geotextiles enhance soil stability by adding tensile reinforcement, improving strength and deformation resistance. These materials allow engineers to construct embankments on soft ground and design steeper earth slopes safely. Their reinforcing function provides crucial structural support where traditional soil alone would fail.
Drainage Systems
Geotextiles are used to prevent road base materials from penetrating into soft underlying soft subgrade, thus maintaining design thickness and roadway integrity. Geotextile separators also prevent fine-grained subgrade soils from being pumped into permeable, granular road bases
Erosion control

Their performance can be customized through fabric design and are often paired with drainage cores in geocomposites to prevent soil migration in drainage systems or protect riprap in waterways.
